Privacy & advertising

Your enquiry details

When you request a free home assessment we collect your name, phone number, postcode and the details you tell us about your current system. We use this only to contact you about your enquiry and to arrange an inspection or quote. We do not sell your details.

Advertising measurement

This page uses the Google Ads tag (gtag.js), provided by Google, to measure how many people who click one of our ads go on to call us or request an assessment. It sets cookies in your browser and shares page-visit and conversion information with Google for measurement and to improve how our ads are targeted and bid. We do not send Google your name, phone number or email address.

This page also uses the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for the same purpose: it sets cookies and shares page-visit and enquiry-completion information with Meta so we can measure and improve our ads. We do not send Meta your name, phone number or email address. You can manage this through your Meta ad preferences at accountscenter.meta.com/ads.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and visitors whose location we cannot determine, are not tracked at all: the advertising tag is not loaded for them.

You can opt out at any time by blocking cookies in your browser, or by using Google’s own ad settings at myadcenter.google.com.
